How does Print-On-Demand work?

At ThreadLightly, we believe in offering designs as unique as you are.

Each item is made just for you through our Print-on-Demand process, meaning we don’t mass-produce or keep inventory. When you place an order, we carefully create your product and ship it directly to you.

This allows us to stay true to our minimalist, creative style while reducing waste.

Please note: Production takes 2-7 business days and domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days after production.

What is the typical shipping time?

Since each item is made-to-order, please allow for 2-7 business days for production before your order ships. After production:

▴ Domestic orders typically arrive in 5-7 business days.

▴ International orders may take 7-21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.

Can I return or exhchange my item(s)?

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship within the U.S.

As a small business using a print-on-demand model, keeping our shipping domestic helps us ensure more reliable delivery times, better customer support, and manageable costs.

With recent and upcoming changes to international shipping regulations (like the suspension of the de minimis exemption in some countries), it’s become increasingly difficult to offer international shipping without significantly raising prices or risking delays.

We’re always keeping an eye on ways to expand responsibly, so international shipping may be something we revisit in the future. We truly appreciate your interest and support, no matter where you're located!

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Since each product is made-to-order, we typically cannot make changes or cancellations once the order is submitted.

However, if you realize you made a mistake or need to make an adjustment, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Please double-check your order before finalizing your purchase to ensure everything is correct.

How do I care for my ThreadLightly clothing?

To keep your ThreadLightly items looking their best:

▴ Tumble dry on low or hang to dry.

▴ Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals that may damage the fabric or print.
