Order Processing

Once you place an order, it will be processed and fulfilled by our trusted third-party partner. Since each item is custom-made, please allow for 2-7 business days of production time before your order is shipped. During peak periods, processing times may take a bit longer, but we will always keep you updated on the status of your order.


Shipping Timeframes

  • Domestic (USA & Canada):

    • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives in 5-7 business days after processing.

    • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives in 2-4 business days after processing.

  • International Shipping:

    • Europe: Estimated delivery time is typically 7-14 business days after processing.

    • Other International Destinations: Shipping time can vary, but generally expect delivery within 10-21 business days after processing.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on external factors such as shipping carrier delays, customs processing, and unforeseen events. We recommend allowing up to 7-10 business days for domestic orders and 14-21 business days for international orders to ensure timely arrival.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and order size. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Expedited Shipping

  • Priority Shipping (for faster delivery, where available)


Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply based on the destination country’s import regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by ThreadLightly.

We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have any concerns about customs duties or import taxes.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. You can use this tracking number to follow your order’s journey until it reaches your doorstep.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, we are not responsible for any delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing (for international shipments)

  • Unforeseen events (such as weather or logistics issues)

If your order is delayed, we will assist in tracking the shipment and provide updates where possible. Please reach out if you have any concerns regarding your order’s status.


Damaged or Lost Items

If your package is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us at threadlightly21@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.


Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for any orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer input errors. If you need to change your address after placing the order, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to update the address before your order is processed.
