Products & Fulfillment

All products sold on this website are custom-made and printed on demand through a third-party fulfillment service. This allows us to offer a wide range of unique designs and products without holding inventory. Once an order is placed, it is produced and shipped directly from the fulfillment center to you.

While we handle the design, branding, and customer service, our trusted fulfillment partner manages the production and delivery process. In the event of any issues with your order, such as a defect or mistake, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly!

Orders

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This is not an acceptance of your order but an acknowledgment that we’ve received it.

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed after payment is successfully completed. Processing times may vary.

  • Cancellation/Modifications: Since our products are made on demand, cancellations or modifications to orders are not possible once an order has been placed. Please carefully review your order before submitting.

  • Payment is due at the time of purchase, and your order will be processed once payment is completed.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Timeframes: *Shipping times depend on your location and the product ordered.* All products are made to order, so production time can vary. Standard shipping typically takes 3-10 business days. International shipping may take longer.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and product weight.

  • Delays: We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by postal services, customs procedures, or other third-party services.

  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, please note that you are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties incurred during the shipping process.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our business (POD), we do not accept returns or exchanges for products unless:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • You received incorrect items.
    If there’s an issue with your order, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your product.

How to Return:
